What is your leather made from?

All Rosetti & Co. pieces are crafted from 100% genuine, full-grain leather — never synthetic or bonded leather.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not currently — we're focused exclusively on serving customers within the US.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-8 business days. Shipping is always free.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I care for my leather wallet?

Full-grain leather ages naturally with use. Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture, and it will develop a rich patina over time. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals — a soft, dry cloth is usually all you need.
