- Unopened, unused packaging in its original condition
- Requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
